DELIVERY/ SHIPPING POLICY

  • Delivery time will be based on the time the order is set and confirmed by the customer as follows:
    • All orders that are done before 8:00 AM, will be delivered on the same day whether it is in Dubai, Sharjah, or Abou Dhabi, and on the following day for all other Emirates/cities.
    • For all Dubai, Abou Dhabi, and Sharjah orders that are done between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM, we will try our best to deliver them on the same day with a success rate of 70-80% and those will not be delivered on the same day will be delivered on the next day, while the orders from all other emirates/cities that will be received during the same time will be delivered the next day.
    • All Dubai, Abou Dabhi, and Sharjah orders that will be ordered after 12:00 PM and till 8:00 AM the next day, will be delivered the following day, while the orders from all other Emirates/cities will be delivered day+1 vs. Dubai.
    • All orders will be delivered through a contracted last-mile courier service by our e-commerce fulfillment partner.
  • We will deliver to all the key cities in the UAE; Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Al Ain, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.
  • The full Delivery & picking charge per order is 23.5 AED (6.5 AED picking + 15 AED Delivery fee + 2 AED packing) for all orders that are below 10 KG.

However, DNP-ME.COM will charge the customer the below for the delivered orders:

  • 15 AED for all orders that is below 100 AED.
  • 0 AED for all orders that are valued over 100 AED (free shipping & picking as a compliment from DNP-ME.COM.
  • Three (3) attempts of delivery will take place for each shipment after which if the attempts failed due to customer unavailability or rejection of the order then a full Delivery & picking charge that is charged by the fulfillment partner to “DNP-ME.COM” as above will be applied to the customer and then refund the balance of the order value after deduction such value. This will be the case whether the shipping fee of the order was to be paid partly by the consumer (10.00 AED) or fully by DNP-ME.COM on behalf of the customer (free shipping due to having the order above 100 AED).
  • In case of multiple orders/shipments, each order will be dealt with it separately as different orders and will not be able to aggregate together and the multiple orders/shipments will result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement’’.
  • DNP-ME.COM do not ship/execute orders beyond the UAE at the moment. In case of being able to ship out of the UAE, we will inform our customer of that option and the fees of such shipment.
