Refund and Cancellation policy

  • As we are selling closed and sealed food packs, there is no return/refunds for the value of the goods after being delivered and received by the customer except for the following cases:
    • The wrong product was sent by DMP-ME.COM and its logistic partners.
    • The left product shelf life is too short – the left shelf life upon delivery is less than 3 months.
  • It is the right of the customer to reject/refuse to receive the order and refund his payment OR ask for a product replacement for free in case of:
    • The product is defective.
    • The product was damaged in shipping.
    • The product tampers.
  • The customer can refund his money and cancel the order as long it was not picked up yet. Once picked at our logistic partner center but not sent out yet for delivery, the customer can refund his money after deducting the picking and packing charges which are 8.50 AED per order, plus the charge that is paid by DNP-ME.COM to the payment gate and Shopify which is a good 5% of the order in total.
  • In all cases, refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment whether Credit card or Cash delivery.
  • DNP-ME.com has a “No Refund Policy” for ALL delivered products that have been received by the customer in good condition (not defected, not damaged, and not tampered with).
  • As per the payment gateway process, a refund transfer can take up to 45 days to be completed.
